I am the owner/operator of Wellness Within. I have been practicing massage and reflexology since 2012. I have retired from the medical field, as a surgical technologist, after 12 years. Although western medicine has its advantages, I have always believed in alternative and holistic therapies.

I love to work with essential oils, both for massage and in my home life. Therapeutially and practically, there are many uses and benefits of essential oils. My yoga journey began in 2012 when I fell in love with Power Yoga. I realized that I could take what I learn on the mat and apply it to daily life. It was then that I knew I wanted to share yoga with others. I teach vinyasa based yoga classes at Shine Yoga, 22 Main Street, Hamburg, NY 14075 (3rd floor, Grange building). Also a certified Doula, helping moms and their partners navigate the birth they desire by providing continual, unbiased support, comfort measures, postioning techniques, massage, and the resources to make informed decisions.

The holistic approach encompasses the entire person. I intend to nurture the mind, body, and soul connection, alleviate symptoms and identify root causes, leading to longer lasting results. By establishing ongoing relationships with clients, we can work together to provide the best care based on your body's individual needs.
